	*ULTRASTAR* series CCD Cameras The latest range of CCD Cameras from Starlight Xpress The *'Ultrastar'* and *'Ultrastar C'* high resolution 'Live viewing' and guide cameras. These are new 'Lodestar X2' format cameras that use the latest Sony ICX825 CCD with excellent QE and sensitivity. This CCD offers 1392 x 1040 6.45uM square pixels in an 8.9 x 6.7 mm format and is compatible a wide range of imaging / guiding software, including Paul Shears' 'Lodestar Live'. 	PROVR-H814 and PROVR-H814C CCD Camera Truly the next revolution in Cooled CCD Cameras from Starlight Xpress. The PROVR-H814 uses the very latest and certainly the best CCD to be released by Sony since we started designing and producing cameras around Sony CCDs in 1991. It has a remarkable Quantum Efficiency of 77% which was previously unheard of in an interline sensor; but with all of the wonderful benefits of an interline CCD, especially from Sony such as incredibly low thermal noise and very fast electronic shutter (no need for mechanical shutters). The CCD is available in both single-shot colour and mono, so you can have the ability to capture striking colour images with a single exposure or take full advantage of the versatility of using the monochrome version for scientific applications, such as photometry and narrow band imaging etc. CLICK HERE Here for more Information & technical specifications
	'OCULUS' All-Sky Camera Oculus is the latest introduction to the innovative portfolio of Starlight Xpress products. The Oculus uses a SuperHAD CCD from Sony which has all of the wonderful benefits of an interline Sony CCD, such as incredibly low thermal noise and very fast electronic shutter (no need for mechanical shutters). With exceedingly low noise electronics and a fast f/2 180 degree fisheye lens, capturing the night sky is an absolute dream. This is the perfect camera for imaging meteor showers, viewing the weather conditions at a remote observatory and imaging the night sky in a spectacular way.
